“My School Loo” Hygiene Awareness Raising, Educational Materials – Available Now!
The German Toilet Organization (GTO) invites schools and NGOs working at schools in developing countries to bring the “my school loo” project to life with their students.
"My school loo" consists of educational materials, ranging from comics and puppet theatre to card games for hygiene awareness. These materials provide school children with information about the positive impact that good sanitation could have on their lives. The materials can be used as part of intra and inter school competitions, which provide students with a voice to express their sanitation needs to a broader audience. In doing so the students' findings can be fed through to decision-makers in the country.
