We were invited to be a featured exhibitor at the world’s leading trade fair for the bathroom experience, building, energy, air-conditioning technology, renewable energies – the ISH Frankfurt.
On World Toilet Day the German Toilet Organization in cooperation with Hering Produkttechnik exhibited "Sanitation is Dignity" inside the toilet centre of Berlin's Main Station.
"Sanitation is Dignity" visited Bern, Switzerland, for the World Toilet Day 2008. Over 40 people contributed to breaking the sanitation taboo by having a photo taken with our slogan.
"Sanitation is Dignity" was shown in Lyon, France, from the 10th to the 12th of November, 2008 by Coalition Eau and partners. Visitors signed postcards to the mayor, demanding more political commitment to sanitation.
At the 8th World Toilet Summit & Expo the World Toilet Organization (WTO) used the supporter point to collect voices for sanitation.

Parallel to the 2008 World Water Week in Stockholm, the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI) hosted the global exhibition "sanitation-is-dignity" at Norrmalmstorg in the centre of Stockholm.
The exhibition was shown in the zoo and around Landau. On the 24th of August it also visited the sewage treatment plant.
On the 15th of June 2008 the "sanitation is dignity" exhibition visited the disposal facilities of the city of Konstanz (EBK).
